DAY 1: ARRIVAL

Meet Peru Cusco Guide at the Airport of Cusco, please look for your Private Machu Picchu guide holding a sign with your name on it. Our guide will transfer you to your hotel. We will help you to check in. Today you will take it easy acclimatization day because Cusco is at 3400 m. We will have plenty of recommendations for places to explore on your own.

DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY TOUR VISIT SAQSAYHUAMAN, PISAQ, OLLANTAYTAMBO

Your private guide will collect you from your hotel. Drive to the archeological site of Saqsayhuaman considered one of the most important temples in the Inca times. After your visit, you continue driving to Llama and Alpaca farm Awanacancha. Along this drive, you will stop at beautiful viewpoints to see the fantastic farming communities and the sacred valley, a large valley surrounded by Snowy peaks of mountains. In the middle of the valley flows the Vilcanota or Urubamba River, which was essential during the Inca period for agricultural production until today. We use irrigation systems for the production of corn, potatoes, quinoa, and vegetables in this valley, and it is one of the sources of the Amazon River. Eventually, you will get to Pisaq archeological site, where you will explore with your private guide. After you finish, you will come down to the colonial town of Pisaq. Where you will explore the biggest local and handcraft make in the area. As well, their specialty in this town is making Empanadas, a type of bread. If you like, you can try it after you will drive along this beautiful valley, looking at the towns located on both sides and traditional Guinea pig restaurants. If you want to see and try it, let your Guide know to stop. As well, you have a choice of recommendation to stop for lunch. After lunch, you will visit Ollantaytambo archeological site, considered the last Inca living town beautiful small hospitable town. Where you spend the night in the Hotel. 2800m.

DAY 3: OLLANTAYTAMBO, PISCACUCHU TO WAYLLABAMBA CAMP

Today your guide will pick you up from your Hotel in Ollantaytambo after you will drive for 45 minutes to the starting point of Pisccacuchu or km 82.  Where you will meet our field staff loading the gear, and your guide in hand will introduce you to all team, including cooks, porters, and guests too. After you will pass the true checkpoint with park rangers, we will start our adventure hiking up and down a gentle path along the Urubamba River with outstanding views of the snow-capped mountains Apu Huacayhuillca. (Veronika Mountain) plus the Urubamba mountain range. Until we arrive at LLactapata Inca remains, where you will stop to enjoy the views, and our guide will explain to you. After you will continue hiking in Kusichaca River valley, until our first campsite, Huayllabamba. Local village.

DAY 4: HUAYLLABAMBA, WARMIHUAÑUSCA PASS TO PACAYMAYO ALTO

Today after a healthy breakfast. We will pass the second checkpoint. During our ascent, we will find different ecosystems, such as a primary Andean forest and Andean grassland. This ascent will take us, for 5 hours, approximately until we reach the highest pass. Warmihuañusca or death woman pass 4200m. 14.000 ft. Here you will enjoy the view of 360 degrees. Of Huayllabamba valleys and Huayanay snowed-capped mountain. After enjoying your spare time and taking plenty of photos. DAY 5: PACAYMAYO ALTO TO PHUYUPATAMARCA

After breakfast, we will depart from Pacaymayo a while later other trekkers. We will start our ascent by the original ancient pathway that takes us to the Runkurakay circular Inca remains, it is the beginning of a mix of Andean and Amazon reach vegetation, where our guide will explain about the place. We will continue our ascent to the second pass Runkurakay 3900m. Having enough time to absorb the pure nature and take our photos, we start our way down to Sayacmarka Archeological site. This part of the Inca trail will see Outstanding views of Salkantay and Pumasillo snowed capped located in Vilcabamba mountain range. Until we reach our camp located above the clouds forest. Phuyupatamarka. Considered one of the most important ceremonial centers in the Incan time.

DAY 6: PHUYUPATAMARCA TO AGUAS CALIENTES TOWN

Phuyupatamarca campsite located on the Inca trail, is considered one of the most beautiful and unique places where you can observe the sunrise and sunset around you, with a 360° degree view of the Urubamba mountain range and Vilacabamba. You will also be able to observe the Machu Picchu and Huaynapicchu mountains above it, highly recommended for those people or families who love photography. After enjoying the sunrise and Breackfast we will start going down to explore the Inca site Phuyupatamarca after we will descend for 3 hours to Wiñayhuayna at 2600 m. This part of the Inca Trail shows us all the way through the high engineering skills of the Inca builders. We will keep going down to Intipata, the farming terraces with a magnificent view of the Urubamba River, then we will get to the Wiñayhuayna Archeological site. After our free time on the site, we will go to have our last lunch. After lunch, we will have a thankful meeting with our trekking crew. From here, we will continue our hike towards Inti Punku 2700mtrs or the sun gate from where we will have the first spectacular view of Machu Picchu, we will continue our hike to the citadel of the new Seven Wonder of the World where we will have enough time to enjoy and take photos. Then we will head down to Aguas Calientes town, where you will spend the night in the hotel.

DAY 7: EXPLORE MACHU PICCHU AFTERNON BACK TO CUSCO

After Breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel for a short bus journey to the entrance of Machu Picchu, today you will explore this magical Inca city and enjoy learning about it was built and discovered for 3 hours.  You will then have free time to wander around, and if you got a Ticket for Waynapicchu you can climb. Note. There are just 400 visitors allowed per day. You have to book in advance the entrance with us to ensure your permit In the afternoon, we meet in the town of Aguas Calientes. From here, we take the train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy, depending on the space and private transportation back to your Hotel Cusco.
